Nobody bought the last Tony Hawk game. Sales numbers throughout the entire music genre are anemic. Is it safe to say the age of giant plastic peripherals has come to a close?
Nothing new to report on the gaming front. I'm still plugging away at Assassin's Creed II, Donkey Kong Country Returns, and Super Meat Boy, each of them exquisite in their own unique way.
I did get the chance to tool around with my brother-in-law's iPhone 3GS over the Thanksgiving break and decided now is the time to break down and finally buy one. Game Dev Story had a lot to with the decision. So, yeah, the new phone will be convenient and all, but truthfully, I'm buying it to play a $4 game. Sad.
I'm probably going to be switching my updates to a Tuesday/Thursday schedule so I'm not trying to draw the strip on the same day it posts. There's also a good chance that I'll be disabling comments altogether in the near future (the spambots are making it next to impossible to sort out any legitimate comments).
I'm going to order a pizza in a few minutes and eat some of it. I thought you should know.

Music game sales numbers be damned; as long as Harmonix is selling I’ll be buying.
As for Tony Hawk… eesh… I stopped with THPS4, and even that was hit or miss at times.
